A Granny Smith Apple
A Fennel Bulb
Juice the Lemon and whisk in 2 times as much Olive Oil. Salt (and pepper if you're fancy like that) to taste. Cut up the Apple and Fennel into vaguely similar shapes, toss in the vinaigrette, and nom.
